(1) Maintenance Contract

Customers who sign maintenance contracts will have professional engineers perform regular inspections and maintenance services to effectively increase system stability and reduce the occurrence of equipment failures. The maintenance contract service includes maintenance, testing, machine cleaning, and replacement of faulty parts (excluding general consumables).

We provide service levels according to customer needs:
A. 7 * 24 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
B. 5 * 8 (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30)
C. On-demand technical support and repair services.

(2) Extended Warranty Service

In addition to the original warranty, extended warranty services are also provided for the servers, which not only extends the product's life but also ensures customers continue to receive the same comprehensive and consistent after-sales service and technical support.

(3) System Upgrade and Equipment Expansi

We can provide system upgrade and equipment expansion services based on the customer's needs, and conduct a pre-assessment to offer the best solution. Our services include hardware expansion services such as CPU, RAM, HDD, interface card, as well as system compatibility evaluation, system upgrade data backup settings, and other system upgrade services.
