Cooperate with the national health insurance policy, the Virtual NHI Card is being promoted for use in three major areas: "telemedicine," "home healthcare," and "expanded telemedicine outpatient services," through a parallel implementation of virtual and physical cards. The physical health insurance card will still be in use, but the Virtual NHI Card will gradually be developed. By combining telemedicine consultation systems and mobile medical apps, digital registration, consultation, and medication pickup processes can be carried out, and health insurance digital certificate data can be synchronized and exchanged, retaining a complete usage record that is both secure and convenient.


Remote video consultation

The existing hospital consultation process is integrated, and no additional software needs to be downloaded or installed in the consultation room. After the physician clicks on the patient from the consultation list, the patient's video consultation can be directly conducted through the browser. During the video consultation, screenshots and recordings can be taken for future reference by the system.

Patients can inquire about, register, check in, and consult through the hospital's existing online registration system without installing any apps or contacting via LINE, ensuring the security of personal information during the consultation process.
